We are extremely thankful for your support, it is such a pleasure to create a personalised décor for your special ones.
What’s your turn-around time?
In general, the usual turn around is 1-2 weeks. However each product is unique in size and design and will affect how long it takes for us to get it made. Please refer to the shipping times stated under the product description of your selected item.
For any urgent requests, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What can you personalise?
We can provide 100% custom design for you with full graphic services available.
Shipping & delivery
Postage is a flat rate of $10 for all orders up to $150. Orders over $150 are posted free. We also offer free local pick-up from our Auckland-based studio.
We ship NZ-wide only. Products shipped from the store will be via New Zealand Courier Post. The usual delivery times please refer to NZPOST https://support.nzpost.co.nz/s/article/Courier-Delivery-Targets?language=en_US website for more details

What is laser cutting?
Laser cutting is a fabrication process uses laser beam to cut or etch materials into custom design.
What materials/thickness can you cut?
- Paper/Card stock
- Wooden Materials (Plywood, Bamboo, Pine, Birch, Basswood)
- MDF
- Acrylic / Perspex (Clear, Frosted and Coloured)
- Textile (Leather, Denim, Felt)
- Cork
- Rubber
What can’t you cut?
- Foam - Metal - Foamcore - PVC / Vinyl – (use our Vinyl cutting services)
What is your laser cut bed size?
800x450mm
Materials and file size should not exceed this size.
What thickness can you cut?
2-10mm, we recommend that the thinnest is 2mm to elimate chance of breakage.
What file types do you accept?
Illustrator, PDF, DWG, DXF.
Can you help me with my design?
Of course! We offer in-house graphic services can assist you. Please get in touch to discuss your project.
Can you set up my files for me?
Yes we offer file set up at $60p/hr, please Contact Us for a quote on your job.
How long will it take?
Generally allow a week after you’ve scheduled in your project. For any urgent orders, please email us to check our availability. We can provide urgent services but extra charges may apply.
Can I pop into the studio at any time?
Please send us an email first! We generally have a lot of jobs going on at once so things can get quite busy in our studio. Give us a heads-up so we can ensure that we have time and can attend to what you need.
Can I return items?
Unfortunately you cannot. Every job is unique and the material cannot be reused once cut.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on a few factors: what materials you use and how much, the complexity of the job (i.e. how much time it will take) as well as any associated labour costs.
Laser cutting is priced based on the time it takes to cut. Usually at a per minute rate. For example 3mm acrylic is faster (and thus cheaper) than 6mm acrylic.
Can you do vinyl cutting?
Yes, We also have vinyl cutter machine to create vinyl signage / project.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yep! You sure can. Just let us know in advance what materials you are using as there are certain materials we don't work with. We will reject specific materials that may release hazardous gases when cut. And could be harmful to not only team but also yourself.
